Order Processing & Packing to Perfection

From the moment you place your order, our dedicated team at our confectionary kitchen carefully packages your sweets according to your specifications.

We consider various factors, such as the destination's weather conditions, to determine the best shipping speed & ensure your confections arrive in the proper condition. In some cases, we may need to make adjustments to the shipping method you selected to guarantee optimal freshness upon delivery.

Please keep an eye out for emails from us, as we may reach out to make any necessary changes.

If you added any gift notes during checkout, we handwrite each one and place it inside the package. If your order is intended as a gift, kindly remember to check the designated box during checkout so that we can wrap it accordingly. Unless a name is explicitly mentioned in the gift note, the recipient will not be aware of who sent it!

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. However, please note that this confirmation does not indicate immediate availability for pickup or shipment. Our fulfillment process typically takes up to 24 hours, if you need it sooner, please make note of that at checkout and we will reach out to you if we are unable to fulfill it in time.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email containing tracking information as soon as a shipping label has been generated.


Shipping Standards

On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays we ship nationwide with UPS. However, we refrain from shipping during the rest of the week, as weekend deliveries often involve unpredictable circumstances that could potentially compromise the quality of our chocolates.

We are located in Austin, Texas, and for that reason we take EXTRA precautions during the warmer months from April — October. To combat the heat and maintain optimal freshness, all shipping orders during this period undergo careful chilling in our freezer for a minimum of 24 hours before they are shipped out. This additional step ensures that your chocolates remain in their prime state throughout their travels, arriving at your doorstep as indulgent delights that are ready to be savored.

We pack our boxes trying to prevent any damage during the shipping process. We are not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate shipping information. We do not require a signature for any shipment, please reach out to us if you would like signature requirements. All shipments should be brought inside immediately upon delivery, so please keep an eye on the tracking!


In-Store Pick Up

Placing an order for pick up
During checkout, you can select in-store pickup instead of shipping. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after you complete the checkout process. At this point, we carefully pack each item in your order.

You will receive a secondary email as soon as your order is fulfilled and ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive a second email notifying you the order is ready for pick up BEFORE coming to the store.

When you arrive at Ghostline Kitchens, please call or text (737) 308-1312 and let us know either the name or order number & we will bring your order out to your car.

We are currently located in a Ghost Kitchen, which means it is not open to the public. If you choose to arrive without placing an order ahead of time, it may not be ready that same day. We are looking forward to being in a retail space soon and hope to be able to share our space with you!
